Shipping
Ordering an item from Kode-U We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be
shipped to international destinations.
Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you
based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order,
you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation
e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from Kode-U depend upon the method and option you
choose.
If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be
charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each
item in that shipment.
If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge
you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each
item.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are
weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To
reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be
rounded up to the next full pound.
General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items fulfilled by Kode-U within 30 days of
delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original
packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of
our error.
Items that are Not Returnable
Kode-U does not accept returns of the following items:
- Computer laptops and desktops more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
- Gift certificates.
Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
- Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any opened laptop or desktop computer. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
Orders Returned After 30 Days
Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago will not appear in the list of
orders eligible for return in our online Returns Center. Such an order will
receive only a partial refund if you do choose to return it. If you still wish
to return it, Please call us @ 925-465-5358. (be sure to include the packing
slip in the box), and ship the order to:

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit
our Returns Center to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an
item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded
your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order
for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the
original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once
they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by
visiting Your Account and accessing the
relevant order summary.
